Matrikx™ Matrikx CTO/2is a workhorse carbon filter. Matrikx™ cartridges are manufactured by KX industries and are made from an extruded block of compressed carbon. These cartridges provide efficient filtration and adsorption of particulates, dissolved organic and inorganic impurities including chlorine, volatile organic compounds, chlorinated hydrocarbons and other contaminates.
